Messages We Want

"You got something wrong."

Best message we can get. Bonus changed? RTP updated? Casino rebranded? Tell us. Include proof. We'll fix it within 24 hours and credit you in the correction if you want.

"This casino screwed me."

Details matter. Dates. Amounts. Screenshots of chat logs. We can't intervene, but if we see a pattern forming with a casino we've recommended, that recommendation changes. Multiple readers reporting the same problem has moved casinos from "recommended" to "blacklisted."

"Check out this casino."

We add them to the queue. No promises on timing—we have limited testing budget and dozens of casinos on the list. But legitimate suggestions from readers get priority over operator submissions.

"Your review saved me from [disaster]."

These make our day. Seriously.

Messages We Delete Unread

From Casino "Partnership Managers"

If your subject line mentions "exciting opportunity," "collaboration," or "mutually beneficial partnership," it goes straight to trash. We don't do sponsored content. We don't do paid placements. We don't care about your new welcome bonus.

Threats

We've received them. Legal threats, vague intimidation, promises to "ruin our reputation." Our lawyers keep a file. We don't negotiate with bullies.

Requests To Remove Negative Reviews

The answer is no. It's always no. Stop asking. If the review is factually inaccurate, show us proof and we'll correct it. If it's accurate but unflattering, that's your problem, not ours.

"Can you get my money back from [Casino]?"

We wish we could. We genuinely do. But we have zero authority over any casino's operations. We're reviewers, not regulators. File complaints with their licensing authority (MGA, UKGC, Kahnawake, etc.) and document everything.

Response Time

Usually within 48 hours. Sometimes faster. Weekends are slower. We're humans with lives outside this site.

For Journalists

Writing about Canadian online gambling? We're happy to provide background, data, or on-the-record quotes. We've been sources for CBC, Globe and Mail, and various industry publications. Same email.

For Lawyers

If you're sending a cease and desist on behalf of a casino client, know that we verify every claim in our reviews and retain documentation. Our legal team is prepared. Also, your letter will likely become a case study in our "Casinos That Threaten Critics" article series.
